The aim of the Mobile ICT Centre training is to bring information and communication tools closer to rural communities. It helps the elderly population of disadvantaged communities by introducing them to the basic use of devices and the Internet, helping them to use their smart devices to successfully connect to the online world, taking into account their needs and opportunities.
