The Smart DATAbase and Helpdesk is a one-stop-shop for all relevant and up-to-date information, connecting villages with both relevant opportunities and competent advisors.

The Smart DATAbase is presenting and describing different internet-based options for municipalities (as part of the knowledge transfer to villages) in the form of a manual, which will enable them to better engage in the information flow and at the same time point out tools and activities that villages can use to be 'smart' in this area.

The Helpdesk service provides information and assistance on issues related to the Smart DATAbase.
